When your prompt carries several parallel constraints — what must appear, what must not, what the text says, which side stays empty — it follows them more consistently than diffusion models at a similar price. Is GPT Image good for product photos?+
It is good for marketing images with copy space. For pure white-background ecommerce shots, use the Product Photo Generator workflow — it chains background removal and shadow generation for you.
Can GPT Image 2 output a transparent background?+
Not currently. Use an opaque background, then run the result through Background Remover if you need alpha.
