Terms of Service

1. Using All Image AI

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and BUAI LLC, the operator of All Image AI at allimageai.com. They apply to our tools, model workspaces, comparisons, workflows, accounts and purchases. By creating an account, submitting a generation request or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and our Refund Policy explains credit returns and requests for refunds of payments. Model-specific restrictions and purchase details shown when you use a feature also apply.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use All Image AI for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

Google is the sign-in method for live generation. Keep your Google account and active sessions secure, provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Welcome or promotional credits are subject to the offer displayed. Do not create multiple accounts, automate sign-ups or misrepresent your identity to obtain extra promotional credits or evade restrictions.

3. Your content and generated outputs

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded images and prompts. You must have the permissions needed to upload, process and use that content, including any relevant copyright, privacy, likeness and publicity rights.

You give us permission to store, copy, transmit and process your inputs and outputs as needed to provide the service, maintain your History, handle support, enforce these terms and meet legal obligations. This includes sending task inputs to the AI and hosting providers involved in your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs. Your ability to use an output, including commercially, depends on applicable law, third-party rights and the selected model’s terms. An output may not qualify for copyright protection and may resemble content generated for other users. We do not guarantee exclusive rights or freedom from third-party claims.

All Image AI’s interface, software, branding and site content remain protected by their respective rights. Model and developer trademarks identify the relevant services; see our brand attributions.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and follow the restrictions of the model you select. You must not use All Image AI to:

• Create, request or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, exploit another person’s likeness, or invade someone’s privacy.
• Commit fraud, impersonate people deceptively, forge evidence or facilitate other unlawful activity.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or submit content without the necessary authorization.
• Bypass safety controls, account restrictions, payment requirements or rate limits.
• Attack the service, access another user’s private data or interfere with its operation.

Content preferences do not override these rules or a provider’s restrictions. We may review requests and outputs, reject prohibited requests and restrict accounts where needed to protect the service and other people.

5. AI results and third-party models

AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. Image understanding and OCR can misread a photo or text. Restoration and colorization can invent details, and edits may alter parts of an image beyond what you intended. Check results before publishing them or making decisions based on them.

The service does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on an AI answer as the sole basis for a decision that requires qualified review.

Availability, supported inputs, model versions, features and credit costs can change as providers update their services. A catalog or preview page does not guarantee that a model is currently available for live generation. Reusing a prompt or retrying a run does not guarantee the same result.

6. Credits and payments

Paid generation and image-understanding requests consume credits from your account. The cost depends on the model, settings, resolution, output count and task. An explicit model selection shows the charge before submission; Auto routing determines the charge after a route is selected. Comparisons bill each model request separately. Workflows use the displayed workflow price and can include multiple processing stages.

We reserve credits when a paid request is accepted. If that request is marked failed, its reserved credits are returned automatically. A technically completed result that differs from your preference is not automatically treated as a failed request. A new retry or reused setup starts a new request and can consume credits.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Plan credits are granted after a successful payment. Welcome credits, purchased credits and credits added after successful plan payments do not currently expire. Credits are service units for use in your account, are not money or a transferable currency, and cannot be cashed out as a balance. This does not limit an eligible refund of the original payment.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and the final purchase total are shown at Checkout. Stripe processes payments. Refunds and payment reversals may remove the corresponding credit grant; disputed or unresolved payments can temporarily restrict paid requests. See the Refund Policy for payment refund requests.

7. Subscriptions and cancellation

Auto-renew plans renew monthly and charge the saved payment method until cancelled. The plan, price and renewal choice are shown before purchase. Each successfully paid renewal adds that period’s credits.

One-month plans do not renew. They end after their first paid period. Credit packs do not create a subscription. The fact that unused credits remain in your balance does not extend a plan’s active benefits.

Cancel future renewals through Pricing → Manage billing before the next renewal. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date. If you cannot access it, contact contact@buai.dev. Signing out, deleting a generation or stopping use of the website does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the effective cancellation date. It does not itself refund a previous payment. Cash refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. History, storage and deletion

History keeps available inputs, results and settings for the storage period assigned to each run. New free-account runs normally receive seven days; eligible runs created with an active paid plan receive 365 days. The Privacy Policy explains retention, older records and deletion in more detail.

Download files you need before their expiry. All Image AI is not a permanent backup service. Expired or deleted inputs may no longer be available for retry or reuse, and deleting a run does not undo the processing already performed by an AI provider.

9. Availability and account restrictions

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits and safety controls can interrupt access or prevent a task from completing.

We may restrict or suspend access for a material violation of these terms, suspected fraud, a payment issue, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review. Contact us to close your account; outstanding payment, legal and refund matters may still need to be resolved.

If we discontinue a paid service or cannot deliver a purchase, contact us about the unused purchase. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to the Refund Policy and rights required by law.

10. Responsibility and rights that remain protected

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted access, a particular creative result, or suitability for every purpose. You are responsible for checking your inputs, outputs and intended use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or business opportunities. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or other mandatory protections.

Nothing in these terms removes a right, remedy, refund entitlement or court access that applicable law does not allow you to waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears at the top. Material changes will receive any notice required by law; revised terms do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
